Additional information: Sauce:

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Grated or ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup vegan rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil or tahini
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoon vegan brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


  • 1/2 box of malfalda, corkscrews, or any other macaroni
  • 1-1 1/2 cups of orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • a bag of frozen vegetables (any kind that has water chestnuts)
  • a block of tofu, extra-firm
  • vegetable oil
  • basil


Boil the macaroni until tender. Add vegetablesto it, bring back to a boil and cook for up to 5minutes until veggies and macaroni is tender. meanwhile, heat up tofu in a little oil untilhot. Drain macaroni and veggies and add to thetofu. Add orange juice concentrate. Heat untilhot and well mixed. Add basil to taste (I like alot, it gives it nice flavor) Bon Appetite!
