Additional information: Note: Add 2 Tbsp. Lite soysauce. Blend until smooth.

In buttered 9-11 inch pyrex dish alternate ingredients as follows: potatoes, gluty mixture, soycheese, tomato sauce, ending
with cheese on top.

Put in oven bake at 350 degrees Farenheit for 30-35 minutes or until browning occurs at top (cheese is bubbly!!!)

Fat: less than 7 grams!* Cholesterol: less than 10 grams!*

*= Depends on chosen fat use


  • 2 pints of raspberries
  • 1 can of pineapple chunks
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of vegan sugar (more or less to taste)
  • any other fruit to taste


Cut strawberries into quarters. Putraspberries, blueberries, strawberries,and vegan sugar in bowl, mix carefully. Putbowl in fridge for 30 minutes. Removebowl, mash fruit into sauce. Leavechunks if desired. Slice bananas, add.Add pineapples. Mix together. Eat byitself, or over ice cream, bananas,pancakes, cakes, just about anything.

Variation 1: add one half part orangejuice, one half part fruit mush inblender, blend for smoothie.

variation 2: add corn syrup (1:4 cornsyrup: smoothie) to smoothie and freezefor sorbet
