Substitute 1-1/2 cups broccoli florets for the celery and 1 cup quartered mushrooms for the carrots. Or you may wish to use these vegetables in addition to the celery and carrots.Enjoy!!!


  • one large tortilla
  • 1/2 cup vegan vanilla yogurt
  • 3 large strawberries
  • one banana
  • 1 cup cantaloupe
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 2 apricots
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 orange (2 clemintines)


Depending on the size of your tortilla,you may need more or less of theingredients listed. First, spread theyogurt over the tortilla, enough tomake fruit stick. Then cut the fruitinto small enough pieces to vary eachbite of the pizza. Next arrange thefruit on the tortilla, using moreyogurt for paste if needed. Cut into 8pieces (if you want 8 servings!) andserve!
