Additional information: Variation:
Substitute 1-1/2 cups broccoli florets for the celery and 1 cup quartered mushrooms for the carrots. Or you may wish to use these vegetables in addition to the celery and carrots.Enjoy!!!


  • 500g bag of dry pasta
  • 5 tablespoons vegan margarine
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 3 tablespoons yeast flakes
  • 2 teaspoons all purpose seasoning (optional)


1. Boil the pasta until it is cooked.Drain and put aside.

2. Melt the vegan margarine in a potand add the flour.

3. Gradually store in the water.

4. Once this is boiling, take off theheat and add the mustard powder, yeastflakes and all purpose seasoning.

5. Mix pasta with the sauce.

Nice with tomato sauce, salt, pepperetc.
